Summary

Back by popular demand...The 2023 Lunch & Learn Webinar Series again brings you the most up-to-date information on ethics in Ohio! One of the OPTA's Ethics Committee's main functions is to monitor the OTPTAT Licensure Board for Board actions/enforcement against OPTA members.

During this webinar, members of the OPTA's Ethics Committee will discuss recent additions to the Ohio Code of Ethics, the proposed new APTA Ethics changes, as well as how to report and respond to the OTPTAT Licensure Board as well as common issues seen in Ohio (hint....continuing education is one of them...)

Upon completion of this session, you will:
• Be familiar with all updates to the Ohio laws and regulations in their daily clinical practice.
• Be able to recall the commonly occurring ethical dilemmas current in the State of Ohio.
• Be able to use the RIPS model in real life ethical situations.
